    ISLAMABAD: inDrive, Pakistan’s leading ride-hailing platform, is excited to announce the launch of its second Pit Stop Driver Training and Facilitation Center, now in Karachi. This state-of-the-art facility aims to provide inDrive drivers with critical training in road safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance to ensure a safer and more reliable ride-hailing experience for passengers.
    With Karachi being one of the largest cities in Pakistan, this new center is designed to cater to the large number of inDrive users and drivers. The Pit Stop will offer international-standard training programs covering key areas like road safety protocols, behavioral management, and first aid affiliated with Rescue 1122. This initiative is part of inDrive’s ongoing commitment to equip drivers with skills that meet global safety standards and enhance their service quality.
    Sidra Kiran, PR Manager at inDrive, stated: “We’re excited to expand in Karachi with this new Pit Stop. This facility goes beyond just training—it’s about empowering our drivers to offer the best experience possible to passengers. With Karachi being such a significant market, we are ensuring that our drivers are fully equipped to meet the demands of the city’s growing mobility needs.”
    This new center is part of inDrive’s wider strategy, which includes support services to driver’s and routine checks, verification, and helping drivers stay well-equipped to meet the needs of passengers.
    Ali Hassan, DA Manager at inDrive, shared: “Karachi represents a key market for inDrive, and this Pit Stop is a critical part of our strategy to ensure drivers receive the training and support they need. By continuously investing in driver development, we reinforce our reputation as a driver-centric platform, ensuring a higher quality of service and satisfaction.”
    This marks inDrive’s second Pit Stop in Pakistan, following the success of the Islamabad facility. In addition to these centers, many Driver Facilitation Centers across Pakistan, solidifying its commitment to driver support across the country. With this new launch, inDrive continues to elevate the ride-hailing experience for both drivers and passengers, providing a seamless blend of technology, training, and support to meet the dynamic needs of Karachi.
