ISLAMABAD: Telenor Pakistan has launched its next-generation Commission Management System (CMS), a major step forward in organization’s digital transformation journey. Powered by SAP and hosted on Google Cloud, the platform is designed to simplify and streamline how commissions are designed, calculated, and disbursed to ensure real-time accuracy and transparency for channel partners. The successful deployment of this platform was made possible through close collaboration with Telenor’s system integration partner Tallymarks Consulting (TMC)
With CMS, partners now have instant visibility into their earnings, building greater trust through timely and clear payouts. The system also enables smarter campaign management by offering data-driven insights that help tailor offers closer to what our customers need. Through the adoption of digitization and the integration of advanced cloud technology, CMS not only boosts operational efficiency but also deepens our partnerships, fostering a more agile, responsive, and customer-centric ecosystem.
The unveiling ceremony of the new Commission Management System was held at Telenor Headquarters 345 in Islamabad. The event was attended by Khurrum Ashfaque, CEO of Telenor Pakistan, Awais Naseem Vohra, Chief Technology Officer; Waqas Aman Ullah, Chief Consumer Business Officer; Qurban Ali, Vice President IT; and other officials of Telenor Pakistan.
Khurrum Ashfaque, CEO of Telenor Pakistan, said, “Telenor Pakistan’s next-generation Commission Management System deployment marks a significant milestone in our ongoing digitalization and transformation journey.”
“Telenor’s Commission Management System (CMS) is a key differentiator in today’s competitive marketplace, helping to strengthen channel confidence, build long-term, sustainable relationships with our partners and drive enhanced business performance,” Waqas Aman Ullah, Chief Consumer Business Officer, Telenor Pakistan added.
Awais Naseem Vohra, Chief Technology Officer further elaborated, “CMS is a step forward in Telenor Pakistan Journey to become a truly digital player. This System will help further strengthen our bond with our retail base, catering to their needs.”
By enabling accurate commission calculation and swift disbursement, the CMS provides a robust solution for both retailers and franchisees. The launch of the CMS underscores Telenor’s commitment to leveraging technology to empower its partners, improve business processes and contribute to a digitally connected and progressive Pakistan.
